WHAT WE REQUIRE
Prior to signing a contract or wiring EMD we will need the following:
1) A link to an interior video (must include each room in the house)
2) A link to pictures of the property. Pictures must include the following:
☛ AC Units with Stickers
☛ Hot water heater with stickers
☛ Electrical unit with stickers
☛ Under Kitchen Sink
WHAT WE REQUIRE
If the home is vacant and on a lock box we ask the wholesaler or partner to switch out the old lock box with our company lock box. We will provide this a few days before closing.
WE WILL NEED FINAL PICTURES 3-4 DAYS PRIOR TO CLOSING - BELOW IS OUR CHECKLIST:
1. Kitchen - Cabinets empty and doors open
2. Dining room
3. Living room
4. Master Bedroom - with closet door open
5. Master Bathroom - with cabinets open
6. Garage, carport or parking area - Minimum 2 photos capturing all sides
7. Front yard - view from the street facing home
8. Backyard - 2 photos from different angles
9. Key in lockbox - A photo of the front door key placed in the open lockbox
10. Lockbox location - picture of where the lockbox is
